Your new role
You will lead the strategic management of the housing revenue account assets, ensuring effective maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of housing stock. This role involves developing and implementing asset management strategies, managing budgets, and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
1. Strategic Leadership - you will develop and implement the asset management strategy for HRA housing stock, ensuring that this strategy aligns with economic, environmental, and service quality objectives.
