Monday - Friday.Timings: 9:00 AM-5:30 PMJob description:3x customer engineers on-site in Derby to support the deployment clinic
* Lay out the deployment area - including computers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening.
* Distribute computers to customers and ask for questions
* Ensure that we have a log of which computer went to which person (it may change if a computer fails before they leave)
* Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer.
* Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition.
* Track the days deployments
* Wrap up at end of day - make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.
