Location:Yorkshire and Humber – Covering 11 Prison sites across the region.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for performance and partnerships? We are seeking an experiencedContract & Partnerships Managerto drive the success of our Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance contract (CIAG) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.
AsContract & Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high performance and effective delivery of the CIAG contract. You’ll oversee a team of dedicated Team Managers, lead on compliance, audit and reporting, and act as the key representative for Ingeus in commissioner and stakeholder forums.
Your expertise will help shape and deliver our partnerships strategy, foster strong networks, and influence employers to support meaningful opportunities for people with lived experience of the justice system.
Responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Performance
* Lead and support Team Managers to deliver on contract objectives.
* Drive team engagement, development, and performance improvement.
* Champion continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Compliance & Quality
* Lead audits and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory standards.
* Monitor contract performance and contribute to quality improvement plans.
Partnership Working and Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and manage relationships with stakeholders such as Prison Governors, Local Authorities, DWP, LEPs, Colleges, training providers, employers, and more.
* Influence employers to support rehabilitation through employment and volunteering.
* Support the planning of employer-focused prison events and opportunities.
We are looking for a strong leader who brings:
* Proven experience managing contracts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong understanding of the Justice sector particularly in a custody environment
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for social value and making a difference in local communities.
This role covers the whole region to ability to travel is a requirement of the role.
