What You'll Do:Teach and nurture learners with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and global developmental delays. You'll play a key role in shaping a positive, individualised education for every child in your class.
Responsibilities Include:
* Creating differentiated learning plans based on P Levels and EHCP goals
* Building meaningful relationships to foster emotional safety
* Supporting students' personal care and self-help skills when needed
* Using positive reinforcement to promote behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
1. Hold QTS and have recent SEN experience in UK schools
2. Legal right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
3. A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
