Role Description

In this role you will lead the Hyslop Dental and Implant Clinic, manage daily operations, and cultivate a high‑performing environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional dental care.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
* Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture
* Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
* Monitor and drive business performance, including KPIs and targets
* Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for practice staff
* Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Practice Manager (or a similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry)
* Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
* Confident leader who can motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance
* A team‑focused, patient‑first mindset
