Signature Recruitment has an opportunity for a temporary full-time Student Records Manager to join our client, a higher education establishment in London.
This is a temporary full-time role with an immediate start for a six to eight-week contract. The position is initially campus based however, after training, it may become a hybrid role. The post holder will need to be flexible with working arrangements.
As a Student Records Manager, you will provide a high level of service within the department supporting the efficient administration of the PhD programme. You will be responding to emails, triaging as appropriate and escalating information requests when needed. The post holder will have good IT skills with experience using SITs to enter data. As a strong communicator, you will be able to help students and colleagues confidently and professionally with queries. This role also requires some line management experience to competently supervise two other members of the team.
