Tax Assistant Manager / Manager - Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Practice located in Belfast, looking to recruit for a Tax Assistant Manager/Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

Job Duties of the Tax Assistant Manager/Manager include:
* Structuring complex transactions and trusts for tax efficiency and asset protection
* Advising high-net-worth individuals on wealth management and succession planning
* Facilitating the transfer of businesses within families to ensure continuity and minimise tax impact
* Providing business valuations for Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs) and employee incentive schemes
* Monitoring and analysing tax legislation to identify planning opportunities and ensure compliance
What you need to be the Successful Tax Assistant Manager/Manager?
* Strong background in Corporate Tax Advisory, with proven technical expertise
* Demonstrated experience in Due Diligence and Corporate Finance (CF) elements
* Trained within a Top 6 accountancy firm or equivalent professional environment
* ACA and CTA qualified (preferred), with a commitment to continued professional development
