Band 6: £43,231 - £52,679 (pro rata) per annum
Band 5: £34,544 - £43,039 (pro rata) per annum
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
You will also have an educational responsibility to members of staff, patients and relatives.
Full and part-time hours will be considered.
Additional information for candidates:
* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis, with an increase in hourly rate to keep pay unaffected.
