TeamLeadership: Plan the reception teams rota, manage annual leave andsickness cover, and make sure reception is always properly staffed.
StaffDevelopment: Support and guide your team by setting clear goals,carrying out performance reviews, and helping everyone complete requiredtraining.
OperationalEfficiency: Keep reception running smoothly by managing daily tasks,tracking performance, and ensuring patient registration and record transfersare completed accurately and on time.
ComplaintHandling: Work alongside the Management Team to handle and resolve anypatient concerns about reception services.
Training& Induction: Coordinate the introduction and training of newreception staff to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to performtheir roles effectively.
Administration Support: Responsiblefor ensuring accurate documentation, managing confidential information, andassisting with other administrative duties as and when required.
