The Opportunity
As Account Manager, you will take complete ownership of contract performance across a mix of secondary and specialist education settings.
You will:
* Champion Health & Safety excellence across all sites
* Own and manage full contract P&L performance
* Deliver against KPIs and SLAs with precision and consistency
* Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary FM teams
* Identify efficiencies and implement innovative improvements
* Act as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders
* Ensure contractual compliance across all service lines
This role demands strategic oversight combined with hands-on leadership — balancing commercial performance with exceptional service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a commercially astute FM leader with:
* Proven experience managing PFI contracts or highly SLA-driven environments
* Strong P&L management expertise
* Extensive leadership experience across operational teams
* A track record of delivering against contractual targets
* Robust Health & Safety leadership credentials
* The confidence and gravitas to influence at senior level
* The ability to challenge constructively and drive improvement
Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts is highly advantageous.
