Are you an experienced manager in Facilities Management or soft services looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Area Manager / Cleaning Manager to join our team, overseeing 30+ sites across the Swindon, Bath, and Bristol areas.
About the Role:
This is a field-based position with work from home flexibility, apart from regular site visits. You will be responsible for managing teams of cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting site visits across the region to carry out quality checks and audits
*
Providing staff support, training, and guidance to cleaning teams
*
Managing service delivery across 30+ client sites
*
Ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements
*
Proactive issue resolution and maintaining strong client relationships
*
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) or soft services (cleaning management experience preferred)
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
*
Comfortable with travel and occasional flexible working hours
*
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and remotely
