Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Music Teacher lessons covering performance, composition, and appreciation across Key Stages 3 and 4. Prepare students effectively for GCSE Music examinations, ensuring a strong understanding of musical theory and history. Foster a creative and collaborative environment where students can explore their musical talents and develop their performance skills. Contribute to the organisation of extracurricular musical activities, such as choirs, bands, and instrumental ensembles. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Music. Demonstrated experience teaching Music Teacher lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4. Strong musical skills, including performance ability on at least one instrument and a solid understanding of music theory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a passion for music in students of all abilities.
