Job Description
Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team across our dual locations. This role would be based across 2 client sites; travel would be required between Wakefield and Doncaster. The role would be 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities:
o Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites
o Answering recruitment enquires
o Screening, processing and on-boarding candidates for induction & training
o Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates
o Monitor and Manage performance of warehouse colleagues
o Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process
o Management of all internal systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity
o Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
o Engage with colleagues daily to boost colleague performance
o Hold key client relationships
o Deputise for senior contract manager when required

o Previous recruitment experience is needed
o Uk driving licence required.
