Job Title:
Remediation Factory Pensions Administrator
Introduction:
Stellar Omada and their client are currently experiencing a backlog of unprocessed Money In items related to pension schemes following a large-scale data migration and new service implementation.
This has resulted in customer issues, increased escalations, and operational challenges. To address
this, a dedicated Remediation Factory; is being established to resolve the backlog, allowing the
Business As Usual (BAU) teams to focus on daily operations.
Role Summary:
The Pensions Administrator within the Remediation Factory will be responsible for
processing and resolving backlog cases related to Money In transactions for pension schemes. This
role requires utilising pension systems and knowledge to address a variety of complex issues,
ensuring accurate allocation and resolution of outstanding payments. The administrators will work
within a specialist team focused solely on clearing the backlog, following established processes and controls, and adhering to prioritisation guidelines set by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and resolve Money In backlog cases using business applications and operational
* guides.
* Analyse case details to identify the nature and complexity of issues.
* Utilise system tools and, where possible, suggest automation to enhance efficiency.
* Adhere to established processes, controls, and prioritisation guidelines.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal experts as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of case progress and resolution.
* Participate in training sessions to upskill on Money In processes.
* Contribute to the daily burndown chart and reporting metrics.
