The Global Associate Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, TikTok, OOH). This role requires: Platform expertise: experience executing against media campaign strategies, Strong analytical: understands how to analyze and report campaign data, and Global mindset to scale campaigns while respecting market-specific nuances. Additional Responsibilities Include: Use PDS for continuous self-improvement. Conduct optimal performance discussions with team members, articulate consistent skill evaluations, recommend actions and tactics, and measure progress. Drive greater PDS leverage with team members to improve overall engagement and development. Meet or beat assigned KPIs. Achieve volume and budget targets. Minimize A&P sourcing costs and optimize marketing materials development and delivery timelines. Responsible for using data, platforms and negotiations with media vendors to bring strategic media plans to life across TV, radio, CTV/OLV, digital and more. Improve marketing communications through expediated workflow. This position will ensure our media buys are conducted in the most efficient way that maximizes the reach of planned communications. Negotiation of rates for company media communications. Create new, loyal customers. This position will ensure that our media mix reaches the consumers and customers at the right place, right time and with the right message- in a cost-efficient manner. Brand advertising is in compliance with advertising laws and social responsibility requirements. Identifying areas that need improvement in the media buying process. Prepares any correspondence needed for negotiation and maintaining relationships with outside representatives and/or agencies. Manage to connect processes, learnings and consistency across media and evaluate improvements across channels and turn into action in media plans. Secure media inventory against an established media plan in a way that maximizes profitability and effectiveness. MUST Proficiencies and knowledge of social media channels Strong planning and organizational skills Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to communicate with all levels of an org Self-motivated, innovative and solution-oriented mindset 4 years Experience in media buying and planning. Bachelors degree or commensurate experience Media campaign execution: experience setting up & optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g. meta, google, programmatic, tiktok) Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from field level to executive management PREFERRED Experience working directly with media vendors and platforms. Experience in media vendor management. Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to work cross-functionally with advertising/digital agencies
