At Rodd & Gunn you buy better so that you can buy less often. We are searching for a Part-Time Online Customer Service Agent to join our Conduit based e-LODGE team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We have offer a 24/7 365 omni-channel experience, the e-LODGE, providing global customer service, live chat, phone contact, as well as stylist assistance and loyalty support any time of the day, anywhere with staff based out of our Conduit Store in London.
Our talented Customer Service Agents use their exceptional product knowledge, sales skills and can-do attitude to engage and wow our loyal customers at every opportunity. We strive to always go the extra mile, consistently delivering the best possible customer experience, whilst sharing the Rodd & Gunn story.
Due to the broad nature of customer inquiries, no two days will ever be the same. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial problem solvers will thrive in this dynamic role. Both technical capability and excellent communication skills are a must As well as a positive can-do attitude, unwavering professionalism, excellent attention to detail and a hunger to learn.
The role also requires support with operational tasks such as processing returns and exchanges, performing various daily system checks to ensure orders process smoothly and on time and maintaining office organisation and tidiness related to eLodge operations.
Shifts are distributed between staff to maintain a balance of early, late, and weekend work. As this is a 24/7 industry, flexibility and a willingness to work varied shifts are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED
· Excellent communication, including written and verbal skills
· Organisation and time management skills
· Working to KPI's
· Passion for delivering excellent customer service and sales
· High attention to detail, a low error rate and ability to follow instructions
· Extensive knowledge of men's fashion trends and wardrobe essentials
· Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrication, fit, value and versatility
· Proactive in identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement
· A high level of empathy
SKILLS
You must posses a general level of technical and computational proficiency. In addition, experience across social media, buying & procurement, pick/pack/dispatch platforms, and customer service triage platforms such as Zendesk is highly desired for this role.
ON THE JOB LEARNING
You will receive full support through a combination of on the job training and self-track training through our online Learning Academy.
