Cammach have a new requirement for a Lead Project Engineer – Modifications to join a Major International Oil & Gas Operator in Aberdeen. This is a core role within the team, on a long-term basis. Lucrative day rates, 34 days holidays and Hybrid working arrangements. Agency Worker / PAYE contract ROLE The range and complexity of projects and modification to existing facilities necessitates a highly professional Lead Project Engineer to ensure that projects and major modifications are executed in a cost-effective and controlled manner, meeting all statutory and Company standards. The Lead Project Engineer is required to have a good understanding of asset integrity and major accident hazard management. REQUIREMENTS 15 years of industry experience and demonstrates relevant project management skills, including technical expertise, planning, cost control, and contract administration. 10 years’ experience in project management / project Engineering. A project management qualification or working towards same 5 years minimum experience within an Operator/Producer on brownfield modifications. Degree in a recognised Engineering discipline. Membership of relevant Professional Body (chartered engineer or equivalent) is desirable. An ability to organise own workload and set priorities in the context of a busy portfolio of modifications. Good understanding of offshore operations and project management. Good working knowledge of engineering disciplines, associated technical standards, processes and relevant legislation. Ability to create positive relations with peers and stakeholders internally and externally. Good supervisory, written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
