It coordinates Finished Goods Despatch to ensure customer OTIF (On Time In Full) targets are achieved in line with departmental KPIs, while also overseeing Goods In activities to ensure incoming materials are accurately received, checked, and recorded both physically and within SAP. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for transport, goods-in, and 3PL-related queries, working closely with internal teams and external providers to resolve issues and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include tracking finished orders in line with customer and GPUK standards, maintaining accurate logs and records, preparing reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making, proactively communicating order and delivery status to relevant stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also provide cover for the Logistics & Warehouse Lead during periods of absence and may be required to respond to duty phone queries outside normal working hours on a very occasional basis as business needs require.
