HR Consultant - Multinational Consumer Goods Company
SRG is seeking an experienced HR consultant to join a leading multinational corporation specializing in consumer goods and personal care products, including paper-based consumer items. The role involves managing employee relations cases within the UK across both manufacturing and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
1. Handle employee relations cases across manufacturing and corporate functions in the UK.
2. Conduct disciplinary investigations and hearings.
3. Manage grievance investigations.
4. Oversee LTS absence management.
5. Support capability management initiatives.
6. Coach leaders through ER casework, with an emphasis on being hands-on rather than purely advisory.
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR roles with demonstrable expertise.
* Willingness to expand knowledge in Employee Relations.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in FMCG or manufacturing sectors related to Employee Relations.
* Experience managing high-volume disciplinary and LTS absence cases.
