This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, dynamic finance team where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping insight and driving performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform deep dives into company data to provide clear insight into current performance and scenario outcomes
Build and refine robust Excel-based financial models to support decision-making and planning
Deliver clear, actionable analysis and reporting to guide commercial strategy
Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end review processes
Provide insightful commentary on performance trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with operational leaders to identify efficiencies and enhance profitability
What We're Looking For:
Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure, sport, retail, or another fast-moving, customer-focused sector
Excellent Excel and data modelling skills (essential)
Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
Available to start immediately (or at short notice)
This position begins on an interim basis, but for the right person, there's genuine potential to transition to permanent as the business continues to invest in its finance capability.
