Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Flexible / Central London (office available) Employment: Full-time Salary: Circa 45k About the Agency KnoWho Recruitment are supporting a growing independent integrated communications agency delivering impactful work for brands globally. They’re small, ambitious and collaborative, with a real commitment to flexibility and balance. The team works across multiple sectors, and they have a particular interest in people who have either experience in, or a personal passion for, the health and wellness space. This isn’t essential, but it is highly desirable. What They Do This is a truly integrated agency working across: Brand strategy & positioning Integrated marketing communications Digital and social Website & platform builds Content, film and production It’s a hands-on environment where ideas are encouraged, voices are heard and you’ll have real ownership over the work you deliver. The Role As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key partner to clients, building relationships, understanding their world and helping to guide projects from brief through to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, creative, production and leadership teams to ensure work lands with clarity and impact. There’s room to grow here, both in responsibility and scope and the chance to be part of an agency that’s shaping its next stage of development. What We’re Looking For Experience in an integrated, brand, creative or comms agency Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams confidently Strong client management and relationship-building skills Understanding of integrated campaign delivery across channels A proactive, thoughtful and collaborative working style Interest or experience in health & wellness is a real plus Ways of Working The agency has a central London office, and you’re welcome to use it as much as you like. Most of the team choose to go in 2–3 days a week, but the culture is built around trust and flexibility it’s about delivering great work, not being tied to a desk.
