Portfolio Procurement is recruiting for a Procurement Manager for a leading property company based in Manchester & London. This role will be primarily home-based but will require occasional travel to Manchester, London, and sites across the UK.
Experience Required:
* Procurement experience in residential property or FM industry
* Lead on all contract tenders and renewals
* Budget planning and forecasting
* Benchmarking of services and contracts
* Knowledge of ESG / Net Zero targets
* Carry out regular supplier audits
* Market analysis of emerging suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
