The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Digital Developer to help shape our online presence and accelerate the growth of our pet care brands. In this fast-paced FMCG role, you'll enhance customer journeys, deliver innovative website solutions, and bring our brand to life through engaging digital experiences. It's a chance to make a real impact - turning visitors into loyal customers and driving sustainable growth.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop our online presence:
* In collaboration with the Head of DTC Development, apply web development skills and expertise to address UX challenges and implement innovative website features and enhancements, ultimately elevating the customer experience.
Improve brand expression:
* Execute content, asset and functional modifications to our websites, ensuring exceptional brand expression by adhering to brand guidelines, incorporating high-quality imagery, and utilising engaging content.
Support conversion & acquisition:
* Simplify and facilitate path to purchase & subscriber acquisition Sustain and provide support for essential integrations and systems, guaranteeing seamless operational performance and efficiency.
* Build, maintain & improve automated systems to acquire new subscription customers
Build loyalty and LTV:
* Work with the Head of DTC Development to implement our CRM strategy and plan, focusing on re-engaging loyal customers through the development of email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
Contribute to driving profitable growth
* Assist in executing promotional strategies aligned with brand objectives. Help to recognise and cultivate opportunities for profitable growth by implementing technical advancements and improvements to our online service offerings and enhancing operational efficiencies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Proven (1-3 years +) experience in technical digital development
* FMCG operational understanding and cross functional experience
* Proven track record of working with strong brands and D2C businesses
* Strong personal tenacity and resilience to ensure that goals are achieved
