Rate: Up tp £45/hour - Umbrella

Our client seeks a skilled Production Specialist for contract work building helicopter rotor trackers, aircraft cables, and engine monitoring units at their Chandlers Ford facility. Focus: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hand soldering, crimping, PCB assembly per specs/drawings
* Test/inspect products to BoM standards
* Fault finding, rework/repair on PCBs
* Goods inspection, continuous improvement input
* Team collaboration and efficient operations
Essential Skills (2+ years):
* Electro-mechanical assembly (soldering, wiring, crimping)
* Read schematics, wire diagrams, BoMs
* Identify electronic components xsngvjr (resistors etc)
* ESD procedures, basic PC skills (Word, Teams etc)
* Excellent manual dexterity
Desirable: IPC610/620 certs, conformal coating, PCB repair, NVQ L3 Electrical Eng, QC experience
