The team work together to provide challenging, stimulating, and exciting activities that promote learning through play and fun. Roles and Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and promote development in line with the EYFS framework Act as a keyperson, ensuring every child feels valued, safe, and supported in their learning journey Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, identifying next steps to support ongoing development Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for all children Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the nursery’s high standards of care and learning Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity in the early years setting Requirements: A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working with children in an early years setting A caring, confident, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning and development A genuine passion for early years education and child development The salary for these positions will vary depending on experience.
