Deliver excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules.
Responsibilities
* Undertake all required training.
* Work within a team and under own initiative.
* Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
* Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness.
* Ensure the service is delivered effectively and efficiently to a high standard.
* Maintain equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
* Report any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
* Ensure security – lock doors, follow lost property procedures, etc.
* Have full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities.
* Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
* Set a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance.
* Ensure all Safeguarding Policies are always adhered to and raise any concerns in line with Mitie policy.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Ensure contractors and external visitors comply with security and health and safety while on premises.
* Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
* Undertake any other related duties within capability as per business needs.
Qualifications
* Cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided.
* Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
* Capable of working to own initiative where appropriate.
* Open and honest.
* Self-driven and determined.
* Continuous improvement in service delivery.
