Overview
Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day to day life. This role involves supporting young people through high and low moments, helping them to build paths toward becoming well-rounded adults. There will be challenges, but also meaningful small victories on a daily basis.
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care, and our night support workers are fulfilled by making even small positive changes in their lives.
