Senior Support Worker
Location: Falkirk
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus 40p per mile paid
Note: A driver is required for this role.

The successful candidate must be fully flexible, working 5 days over 7, including on-call duties on a rota basis, with additional payment for on-call hours. Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on support in the community as a link between the individuals we support, customers, and support workers.
* Attend reviews, complete spot checks, and participate in support planning to ensure the best outcomes for individuals.
Candidate Profile
* Logical, analytical, organized, with attention to detail.
* Resilient, confident, and skilled in communication.
* Able to work within a regulatory framework, maintaining high standards of care.
* Previous home care experience is required.
* Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
* Willing to participate in the on-call rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with the ability to deliver care at short notice.
* Computer literate.
Qualifications
SVQ Level 2 or 3 is desirable but not mandatory.

A PVG check will be required due to the nature of the role.
