About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, organised professional with a keen interest in supporting students in their academic advising sessions through ensuring robust institutional process at Oxford Brookes University.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing projects or coordinating service delivery. You will be part of the Academic Advising Project Team, coordinating the end-to-end academic advising process, providing data reporting and ownership.
The post holder will coordinate, action and report on all remaining one off and recurring project tasks through to a steady state set of operational processes for Academic Advising, which includes supporting scheduling tutorials, attendance capture and analysing and reporting management information, as well as contributing to process improvements.
