Job Description
A high-growth fintech in the insurance space is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of AP, support month end, and drive process improvements in a scaling, multi-entity environment.
The Role
* Own end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)
* Run domestic & international payment cycles
* Support month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
* Own revenue & invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
* Support audit and maintain strong financial controls
* Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements
* Drive efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes
Profile
* Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
* Strong AP and month-end experience in a multi-entity environment
* Audit exposure and strong controls mindset
* Systems-savvy (NetSuite/AP tools beneficial)
* Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-growth business
