Role: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Leamington Spa
Pay: £19.05 per hour umbrella
Hours: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to work with our leading main contractor in the social housing sector, operating on our Kitchen and Bathroom project in Birmingham. You will be a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients. You will be working on a Kitchen and Bathroom project so knowledge of this will be useful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Booking appointments and managing schedules.
2. Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
4. Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
5. Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.
Requirements:
6. Previous experience working on maintenance projects as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential. 6-12 months
7. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
8. IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
11. Ambitious, innovative, and self motivated
12. Must have driving licence
