Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional client site visits
An established digital consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing UK-based engineering team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead the development of scalable Salesforce solutions and play a key part in designing products that reshape how businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, APIs, and platform integrations.
* Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and architects to turn business needs into efficient technical solutions.
* Lead code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and guide junior developers.
* Contribute to DevOps efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery cycles.
* Stay current with Salesforce trends and bring forward system improvement ideas.
Key Experience & Skills:
* 5+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP).
* Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in consultancy or client-facing roles.
* Familiarity with Salesforce configuration — workflows, validation rules, and security models.
* Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and DevOps pipelines.
* Solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
* Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing experience.
