As Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across Trade Counters, Head Office, and the Contact Centre. Acting as the primary point of contact for payroll enquiries, this role ensures a high standard of service while supporting employees and managers with expert guidance. In addition to managing payroll processes, the position contributes valuable subject matter expertise to business initiatives, supports audit activities, oversees pension-related workflows, and actively drives continuous improvement aligned with Smart Working principles.

Interview

Interviews may be held on the phone or over video chat, followed by a visit to store to meet the team.
