Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of Bizerba weighing and labelling machinery at customer sites across North England. Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Provide on-site training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate service records and reports using company systems. Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to identify and address customer needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times. Travel regularly within the designated territory to meet customer requirements. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role, preferably within the retail or industrial weighing and labelling sector. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of industrial equipment and electronic control systems. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the North England region.
