Domus have a fantastic opportunity for a Nominated individual to oversee a Substance misuse and Alcohol service in Liverpool. This is a large residential service for adults. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a NI or operated at a similar level. We are looking for someone with previous experience at management level in the sector, who is able to demonstrate a track record in motivating and managing staff, together with a clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care. Key Responsibilities of a Nominated Individual • Lead the daily operation of the residential service, ensuring all activities comply with CQC standards and legal requirements. Monitor service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. • Manage, support, and motivate a dedicated team of professionals.
