Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Lancaster/Preston
Type: Full-Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a respected and long-standing law firm based in the North West, with offices in Lancaster and Preston.
Known for its client-focused approach, it combines traditional values with modern legal practice, maintaining strong local roots while delivering professional, high-quality legal support.
This opportunity will provide a Private Client Solicitor with a close-knit team environment and the opportunity to manage cases with real responsibility from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Independently manage a busy caseload with minimal administrative support, consistently aiming to exceed client service expectations
* Manage a wide variety of interesting matters, including Wills and Probate, Estate Administration, Elderly and vulnerable client matters and Court of Protection applications
What we are looking for:
* Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and demonstrable experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
* Genuine passion for Private Client work
* Confident managing their own caseload with minimal administrative support
* Delivers a high standard of client care and legal support
* Is working towards, or has completed STEP and/or SFE qualifications (preferred, but not essential)
