Your new roleAs the Office Manager and PA, you will provideprehensive support to senior leadership, including diary coordination, inbox management, meeting preparation and briefing support. Your responsibilities will span executive assistance, people management, office coordination, andernance support.
Key duties include:Executive PA Support
1. Managing senior leaders’ diaries, emailmunications, and appointments
2. Preparing briefing papers and supporting documents
3. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes
4. Supportingernance activities, including board andmittee administration
5. Assisting with external enquiries,plaints handling, and stakeholdermunications
Office & Facilities Management
6. Ensuring the reception area and office spaces are weing, professional, and fit for purpose
7. Overseeing room bookings, meeting spaces, and equipment requirements
8. Coordinating office systems, processes, and information management
Team Leadership
9. Managing the day‑to‑day rota and responsibilities of reception/front‑of‑house staff
10. Overseeing recruitment, induction, training and development
11. Conducting regular supervision, performance conversations and appraisals
This is a dynamic and varied role and would suit someone who enjoys balancing executive‑level support with hands‑on operational management.
What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
12. Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative role
13. Strong organisational, interpersonal andmunication skills
14. Confidence managing a small team and coordinating office functions
15. Experience preparing agendas, attending high‑level meetings and producing accurate minutes
16. Ability to work with discretion, sensitivity and professionalism
17. Strong IT literacy and ability to manage multiple priorities
18. A proactive, calm and solutions‑focused approach
Experience supporting senior executives or boards, and familiarity with HR orernance processes, would be an advantage.
