The Role:
WBW Solicitors has an exciting opportunity for a well organised ambitious individual to join our support team in the Launceston office. Your responsibilities will be to provide all our clients with a high quality and first-class experience; whether via telephone, email / written correspondence or during their visit to the office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients; therefore we require someone who is friendly, efficient and who understands the importance of customer service.
Duties:
As part of Reception, you will be expected to deal with incoming calls, greeting all visitors to the office, effectively passing on messages to other staff, preparing the reception for the day, dealing with post, and running errands.
There will also be other Office Administration duties such as central record keeping and updating, ensuring the smooth running of the office including replenishing stationary and other consumables.
Our reception teams across the business often play a key role in further administration tasks and assistance to our lawyers and support teams.
The role will develop in time and further tasks may be required.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will need to be computer literate and experience in front of house, client facing customer service. It would be encouraging if you were flexible with your time. You will need to have the ability to prioritise in a busy environment and be willing to help support the whole office and all of the team. You should enjoy a varied day and have the motivation to develop your knowledge of the business in terms of the various areas of law and how WBW operates. Successful candidates we need to be personable and presentable.
