Code Red are currently working with a public sector client who is looking to appoint an ICT Trainer to their team.
About The Role
You will deliver organisation-wide IT training projects, support the implementation of new technologies and ways of working, and provide applications training on core systems. Collaborate with business teams and IT providers to produce and deliver high-quality training solutions.
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of new IT solutions, covering systems, processes, people, and behaviours, including soft skills education and knowledge transfer.
* Develop understanding of key business processes and policies related to core systems.
* Build stakeholder relationships to ensure high engagement with training delivery.
* Design and deliver 1-1 and group training on core systems and Microsoft applications, including Power Platform.
* Utilize blended learning approaches: in person, virtual, e-learning, and remote solutions.
* Create and update training materials reflecting system changes.
* Support in Microsoft Office applications and conduct workshops based on needs.
* Assist in user acceptance testing, identifying bugs and workarounds.
* Review software upgrades with Applications Analysts, advising on training needs.
* Maintain accessible, up-to-date training materials on the intranet.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in learning and development through all ADDIE stages.
* Proven ability to deliver training to diverse audiences and on complex systems.
* Experience with project system implementations.
* Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Engagement, resilience, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
* Passion for continuous improvement and adult learning methodologies.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
* Housing sector experience.
Qualifications
Learning & Development / Training Qualifications or equivalent experience.
