Role: Head of Marketing – Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care

Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected premium beauty business, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their brand vision and global marketing strategy. This is an incredible opportunity to shape and elevate a business that’s making waves across multiple markets.
As part of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and delivering impactful campaigns that connect with consumers across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Vision
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking omni-channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
* Strengthen brand identity, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and seamless customer experience across all platforms.
Campaigns & Product Launches
* Lead the creation of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
* Oversee the execution of global initiatives, ensuring alignment and excellence across multiple markets.
Global Expansion & Collaboration
* Work closely with the CEO, Founders, and Head of Sales to align marketing plans with commercial goals.
* Spearhead international growth strategies, adapting messaging and positioning to suit local markets.
Digital & Performance Marketing
* Own and evolve the brand’s digital ecosystem, driving performance across ecommerce, paid media, social, SEO, and CRM.
* Identify new opportunities to boost consumer engagement, with an eye for creating innovative, buzzworthy campaigns.
Trade Marketing & Partnerships
* Partner with sales and retail teams to maximise sell-in and sell-through performance.
* Build and nurture strong global relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Team Leadership & Development
* Inspire, mentor, and lead a talented marketing team in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
* Set clear KPIs and objectives, manage budgets effectively, and ensure maximum ROI across all marketing initiatives.
Insights & Market Trends
* Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, using data, research, and customer insights to inform future strategies.
* Apply analytical frameworks (such as Key Driver Analysis) to refine brand communications and messaging.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ management experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or closely related consumer industry.
* A proven leader with a track record of building and empowering high-performing marketing teams.
* Deep understanding of digital, ecommerce, and social marketing.
* Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills.
* Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Passionate about beauty, trend-savvy, and driven by creativity and results.
* High level of integrity and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
