Sewell Wallis are currently working with a fantastic business based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, who are recruiting a Transactional Assistant to join their team to focus predominantly on Accounts Payable duties. This is a temporary to permanent role, meaning that you will be with the company for approximately 9 months, before being considered for a permanent position. Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries. Tracking and logging invoices for payment processing. Managing supplier setup and maintaining supplier records. Supporting weekly payment runs. Supporting VAT tracking and invoice compliance. Supporting daily banking duties, including completing bank reconciliations. Assisting with weekly reconciliations and reporting. Supporting aged debt reporting and transactional reconciliations.
