I am a 52-year-old gentleman with Autism, Learning Disability and other complex needs, living in my own home in Hayle, with 24/7 2:1 support.
I require support with meal planning and cooking, personal care, medication, daily living skills, shopping, finances, health appointments and activities.
My staff team involve me with my life choices and support me with a person centred approach. I would really like to hear from you if you can provide practical, hands on support, have good communication skills, are patient, have a good sense of humour and share my interests. I need someone to join my team who can help me reach my goals and encourage me to try new things.
