Associate - Residential Property Location: London Term: Permanent, Full-time PQE: 3-4 years Salary: DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the Residential Property team of a progressive, top 100 law firm in London. The team handles a diverse range of property transactions for private clients worldwide and several private banks, priding themselves on responsiveness and personalised service. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions. Deliver high-standard legal advice in a commercially astute manner, maintaining excellent client service. Manage and deal effectively with various transactional projects/matters. Directly interact with clients to take instructions and meet their expectations. Prepare effectively and work closely with partners to achieve optimal solutions for clients. Scope and price work effectively, with partner support and supervision. Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to develop personal client relationships. Develop a personal profile as an established Residential Property lawyer. Take responsibility for and input into business development projects within the team. Develop a network of clients, contacts, and potential referrers; attend relevant networking events. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and develop an internal network within the firm to increase cross-referred work. Assist in team/sector pitches as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3-4 years PQE. Previous experience within a residential property team, ideally in the London region. Strong client/project management skills focused on delivering excellent client service. Organised and capable of effectively prioritising. Ability to work effectively in a small team.
