Business Service is a business to business function within the Service & Operations department. Responsible for managing all external operational processes including partner change management, partner governance and processing of data.
We have an exciting opportunity within our small team to acquire expert product knowledge across Insurance and Energy. This also includes gaining a wider understanding at the core of the business linking into commercial, financial and regulatory processes, providing exceptional insight into multiple business areas.
Working within a supportive and dynamic team to share knowledge and experience. Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing processes with the customer experience being at the heart of what we do.
What you'll be doing...
Responsible for the day to day running of partner and supplier changes, identifying and mitigating risks to customers and the business whilst providing an excellent service to our business partners.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
1. Competent in using Google and/ or Microsoft applications such as Sheets or excel.
2. Being proactive with organisational and time management skills
3. Demonstrate the ability to approach problems logically and with good judgement
4. Willingness to develop stakeholder management skills
5. Forward thinking individual
6. Good communication skills – both written and verbal
7. Strong organisation and adaptability.
8. Uses own initiative, working independently or as part of a collaborative team
9. Demonstrable experience of acting as a role model, creating trust and a positive working environment, with the ability to set clear, appropriate targets and objectives; provide ongoing feedback, manage performance and ensure development plans are in place to address training, development and talent progression needs.
