We’re partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-led rewards and loyalty platform as they continue to scale their digital offering and enhance the experience they deliver to millions of users.
As part of an exciting growth phase, they’re now looking for a Web Content Executive to join the team. This role sits at the heart of the business, working across marketing, trading, and UX to ensure website content is engaging, accurate, and commercially effective.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day website content and keeping everything up to date
• Building and optimising landing pages alongside UX and stakeholders
• Supporting campaigns and product placement across the site
• Using data (GA, Tableau, etc.) to analyse performance and drive improvements
• Collaborating with CRO/UX teams to improve conversion journeys
• Running content audits and ensuring SEO best practice
• Testing user journeys and spotting opportunities to improve
What they’re looking for:
• Experience in a digital/content/web role (ideally eCommerce)
• Strong CMS experience
• Commercial mindset - understanding how your work impacts revenue and conversion
• Interest in UX and user behaviour across web/mobile
• Curious, proactive mindset
