Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator (Block Management) - Bromsgrove - up to £26k
My client is a long established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand with several offices around the Worcestershire / West Midlands area. Due to increased lettings business, they are looking to recruit a permanent Full Time Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join their Block Management team based in Bromsgrove.
Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Assistant / Administrator Role:
 * Overseeing raising of Service Charge and Ground Rent invoices
 * Calculating and setting up monthly Direct Debits for customers
 * Overseeing chasing of outstanding debts in accordance with the lease
 * Calculating water, gas and electricity charges where necessary
 * Overseeing contractor invoices are being paid
 * Calculating and raising management fees for all sites
 * Calculating and handling all VAT registered sites.
 * Preparation of year end accounts
 * Calculating voids and dealing with Freeholder and Lessee queries
Skills Required:
 * Accurate and Confident.
 * Analytical mind.
 * Attention to detail and Meticulous.
 * Ability to multitask.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
 * Excellent IT skills.
 * 1 - 2 years accounts experience
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch
