* Deliver high-level secretariat support for university committees and working groups.
* Produce clear, accessible reports and documentation to support internal decision‑making and meet external requirements.
* Create staff- and student-facing information that demystifies policy and process.
About You
You're already familiar with the regulatory landscape and key considerations in UK higher education, and you're keen to deepen your sector expertise. You bring a collaborative and consultative approach to your work, and are motivated by continuous improvement and making a meaningful impact. You're confident in making evidence‑based recommendations and decisions, and seeing them through from idea to implementation and monitoring. You’re passionate about providing excellent support to colleagues across the University and use your communication skills—both written and verbal—to offer clear, accessible advice, guidance, and training to staff and students alike.
You’ll Also Bring
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes independently.
* Confidence in working with data and producing clear, insightful reports.
* Experience in higher education administration, ideally including committee support.
* A proactive approach to learning and applying new concepts and systems.
