A leading London-based insurance business is seeking a confident and capable Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training on their insurance platforms. You'll play a vital role in helping teams adopt and make the most of their technology, ensuring users feel confident, capable, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hands-on training sessions for insurance professionals on insurance platforms and related systems.
* Develop training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
* Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different user levels.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system adoption.
* Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on system updates and enhancements.
* Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches based on feedback.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience delivering software training – ideally within the insurance industry.
* Strong understanding of insurance operations and workflows.
* Hands-on knowledge of insurance software platforms (e.g., Acturis, OpenGI, SSP, etc.) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
* Comfortable using e-learning tools and Microsoft Office.
* A flexible approach to suit different learning styles and experience levels
