Teaching & Learning Innovator

Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and helping teachers shine? This exciting role will put you at the heart of our mission to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across the College.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive improvement and innovation, empowering lecturers to deliver exceptional learning experiences for every student.
In this role, you will:
* Provide tailored, targeted support to lecturers — whether they’re new to the profession, on a development journey, or part of a rapid improvement process.
* Lead and deliver engaging staff development activities to enhance teaching skills and inspire fresh approaches in the classroom.
* Collaborate with fellow Innovators and Senior Innovators across the Group to share best practice, resources and ideas.
* Champion innovative teaching strategies that enrich lessons and raise student achievement.

This role is for 18.5 hours per week with a salary of £22,464 per annum

You will bring:
* Proven teaching excellence– a qualified teacher with at least 2 years of successful classroom experience and strong learner outcomes.
* Inspirational leadership– exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to help others flourish in their roles.
* Confidence in training delivery– turning your knowledge into engaging, motivating sessions colleagues will enjoy and act on.
* A commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
