Associate Rural Surveyor
The team are involved in a wide variety of work across the East Midlands including land management, landlord & tenant, farm and estate strategic reviews and the provision of rural consultancy advice. We are committed to taking on the right person who is aspirational and wants to develop their career to the next level providing advice to clients on a number of land management aspects.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Delivery of management services for farms and estates
2. Landlord & Tenant: lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, negotiated lease surrenders
3. Consultancy advice, including strategic reviews of rural businesses
4. Involvement in natural capital, diversification, and other specialist areas
What you will need:
5. MRICS or Assoc RICS
6. 2-5 years PQE
7. Estate management or general practice experience
The team provides core management and consultancy services to the rural, agricultural and residential sectors. Their clients range from small private clients to large institutional across Aberdeenshire region.
